Our Story

Built on relationships, not transactions.

MCK Estate was founded by Katharina Duda and Maciej Szczepanik — two practitioners who wanted to do real estate the way it used to be done: a small portfolio, more time per client, and full ownership of every step from sourcing to signature.

Today the practice operates across three markets we know personally — Dubai & the UAE, Spain, and Poland — and works for a clientele that includes private buyers, investors, and family offices.

We measure our success in long-term relationships, not in listings.

Discretion

Names, figures, and intentions stay between two parties — never the wider market. Buyers who value privacy choose us because we treat every brief as confidential by default, not on request.

Patience

We would rather show one client three residences over a year than ten in a month. The right home rarely shows up on the timeline a quota wants.

Craft

A contract is a story; a floor plan is a way of living. Our job is to read both with a specialist's patience — and to translate them into your context.
